Rental Application

There is an APPLICATION FEE of $40.00 to submit an application.

Why do I have to pay an APPLICATION FEE? The application fee covers the cost of our management company to run a credit report, obtain a criminal and background report, verify employment, income, and rental history. We prepare a recommendation report for the Property Owner who will decide on approval or disapproval.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. PLEASE FIND AN AVAILABLE PROPERTY ON OUR VACANCIES PAGE. Once you find a property you can click “Apply Now” to apply directly to that property.

2. PAY APPLICATION FEE OF $40.00. Once we have received your application, we will send you an invoice to pay the application fee. This payment can be made through PAYPAL. You may also mail or drop off a money order or certified funds payable to Chase Property Management at our office.

NOTE: The APPLICATION FEE MUST BE PAID before your application is processed. We will NOT complete a credit and background check until payment is received.

4. Once permission is granted, your application should be processed within 24-48 hours and we will follow up with approval decision. Check your email within 1-2 hours after submitting this online application for the credit permission email. Check spam folder if not received.
